We identified the "Download and Program Management" user tasks as areas that needed significant interaction improvements. The existing process was overly complicated, with numerous redundant "program" menu items and functions. Dialog screens were incomplete, non-standard, inconsistent and had poor aesthetics. Menu terms, alert messages, and other terminology was used inconsistently and was not end-user friendly. The navigation strategies and numerous access points to the functionality made completing the download task overly complicated.
