We reviewed the design brief, functional specification, and existing screen mockups.

Alternative schematic designs were generated to explore the optimal layout of the application UI elements. We then explored alternative visual themes consistent with the overall goals. The individual "task" screens and graphic elements were designed and further refined once the overall layout and visual appearance were determined.
